1. Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are factory who are specialized in paper printing & packaging relative products with 10,000 square meters. We have an excellent team to support your projects from designing, sample making, production and shipment.

 

2. Q: How do I get samples? Do you charge for samples? How long will it take to ship the samples?

A:(1) Send an inquiry to the Account Manager for samples.

(2) The stock samples are free, but the production samples are charged according to your request, refund according to the amount of the order.

Samples will be sent out within 7 days.

 

3. Q: How to ensure the accuracy of the product?

A: After confirming the order, we will send you the design draft for your confirmation, then confirm the production sample, and then start mass production.

 

4. Q: How long does it take to ship?

A: Delivery is usually within 5 working days after payment and confirmation of documents. If your order is urgent, we will adjust the schedule appropriately and continue to follow up the production process for you.

 

5.Q: What's the minimum order quantity for this product?

A: The usual order quantity for a product is 200 & 1000 pieces. The higher the quantity, the lower the unit price.

 

6.How long will it take to receive the inquiry?

A: If you provide us with the exact quantity, size, printing method and material of the box, we will reply to you promptly within 24 hours.

7. Q: How to ensure product quality?

A: We have advanced equipment, which is maintained on time every day to ensure good printing and cutting quality, and a professional quality inspection team to ensure that every shipment is qualified.

8. Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

A: -Size of the products (Length x Width x Height)

-Material and surface finishing (We could advise if you're not sure)

-Printing requirements (outside only or both outside and inside, foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, debossing etc.)

-Quantity per each style. We set up production line by style and quantity per style is critical to decide the price. The higher quantity, the much lower price.

-We can do whatever shipment term. FOB or EXW price is our usual price term, if you need CIF or DDP price, please let us know your port of destination.

9. Q: When we create the artwork, what kind of file format shall we provide?

A: Files in PDF, AI or PSD with resolution higher than 300dpi are fine. Please reserve bleeding size of 5mm.
